How long until my order ships?
We aim to post all orders within two business days of purchase. Orders aren't processed on weekends.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Postage: $9. Express Postage: $13.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes — free pickup is available in-store in Carnarvon, WA. Select pickup at checkout.
What if something doesn't fit or isn't right?
All items are quality inspected before they leave us. If sizing's wrong or something's not quite right, give us a call on (08) 9941 4884 or email cam@norwestsurf.com and we'll sort it out.
